Naturopathic medicine, as practiced by body-positive queer women, centers body sovereignty while honoring each patient’s lived experience, identity, and innate healing capacity. Rooted in botanical and traditional systems of medicine, this approach utilizes pattern-based, weight-neutral care to support the integrated healing of body, mind, and spirit. Care is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in matriarchal, community-based healing traditions.
Energy and spirit work, offered by a licensed Naturopathic Physician of Cherokee descent, engages intuitive and ancestral guidance, integrating sound healing, to support deeper understanding of imbalance within the body, mind, and spirit. This approach helps illuminate underlying contributors to physical discomfort and emotional distress, complementing clinical care with insight that supports root-cause healing. Appropriate for all conditions, it enhances the healing process by fostering connection, clarity, and alignment across all levels of being.
Recalibrate the Body. Restore the Mind.
Aurogen Therapy is used to support deep physiologic balance through advanced, non-invasive technology that works at the cellular and energetic level.
Aurogen therapy aligns with our core pillars:
- Nervous system regulation
- Cellular vitality
- Circulatory optimization
- Energetic coherence

The Aurogen is a multi-modality therapeutic device designed to support cellular function, circulation, and nervous system regulation through a combination of frequency-based stimulation, light therapy, and bioenergetic signaling. It is used in integrative settings to promote systemic balance and recovery.
Peptide therapy uses short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules within the body. These compounds are naturally occurring and play a role in communication between cells, supporting processes such as repair, regeneration, and overall physiological balance.
Abdominal visceral healing bodywork, performed by a Naturopathic Physician with advanced training in visceral manipulation and massage therapy, is a gentle, hands-on modality that supports the structure and function of the abdominal organs. This therapy enhances circulation, motility, and nervous system regulation to address a wide range of digestive concerns, from constipation and loose stools to complex conditions such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Rooted in holistic principles, it promotes integrated healing of body, mind, and spirit while restoring ease and vitality to the digestive system.
Microcurrent therapy uses low-level electrical currents—similar to the body’s natural bioelectric signals—to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance tissue function. The MEND device delivers precise frequencies to targeted areas to promote healing and restore balance.
May benefit:
-
Chronic or acute pain (neck, back, joints)
-
Muscle tension or injury recovery
-
Inflammation-related conditions
-
Poor circulation or lymphatic congestion
-
Stress, fatigue, or nervous system dysregulation
-
Skin health and tissue rejuvenation
-
Recovery from physical strain or overuse
Neural Injection Therapy is a gentle technique that uses very small amounts of procaine, a short-acting anesthetic, that is shown to be anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant as well as softening, to support the body’s regulatory systems and promote more balanced nerve signaling. Small injections are placed just beneath the skin in areas such as scars, areas of muscle tension, or along nerve pathways, with the intention of helping the body release patterns of irritation and restore more coordinated communication between tissues. This approach may support improved comfort, resilience, and overall healing, and is incorporated into a personalized treatment plan based on your individual health picture. I am utilizing Classical Chinese Medicine principles during the session for a more advanced healing session.
Grief recovery work is a structured, compassionate process that supports individuals in metabolizing unresolved grief held in the body, mind, and spirit. It addresses both cumulative losses—experienced as “wishing things had been different, better, or more”—and acute or traumatic events, guiding emotional experiences toward integration and resolution. Through this work, unresolved grief can transform into resolved grief, creating space for emotional memories to soften into memories of emotion, restoring lightness, resilience, and a renewed capacity for connection.
